5 Ideas for Better Sleep

1.Be active during the day.

2.Avoid alcohol and drugs. Lots of people think that alcohol or drugs will make them relaxed and drowsy, but that's not the case. Drugs and alcohol disrupt sleep, increasing a person's chance of waking up in the middle of the night.

3. Say goodnight to electronics. Experts recommend using the bedroom for sleep only. If you can't make your bedroom a tech-free zone, at least shut everything down an hour or more before lights out. Nothing says, "Wake up, something's going on!" like the buzz of a text or the ping of an IM.

4. Keep a sleep routine. Going to bed at the same time every night helps the body expect sleep. Creating a set bedtime routine can enhance this relaxation effect. So unwind every night by reading, listening to music, spending time with a pet, writing in a journal, playing Sudoku, or doing anything else that relaxes you.

5. Expect a good night's sleep. Stress can trigger insomnia, so the more you agonize about not sleeping, the greater the risk you'll lie awake staring at the ceiling. Instead of worrying that you won't sleep, remind yourself that you can. Say, "Tonight, I will sleep well" several times during the day. It can also help to practice breathing exercises or gentle yoga poses before bed.

3rd lesson of environment education

well...today is my 3rd lesson of environmental education. :)
i gain a lot of what is world about and think a lot.

i know like 70% of the earth consists of water.
i know the earth use to be more green and clean
i know the earth use to be very natural

i know some of the forest is man made
i know some of the nature places are gone

i know some ppl in the earth are eating more then others countries
i know some ppl are starving

i know some ppl r very into their culture
i know if we don't RECYCLE, REUSE, REDUCE, soon the earth will disappear.
i know we cannot anyhow use things we don't want
i know we cannot waste food

i know some plastic is not good for health
i know park is for us to appreciate the nature, enjoy the breeze
i know the more we exploit nature, the more our options are reduced
i know some people do know and some don't really know the importance of saving the earth
i know some people don't know where the foods are from
i know some kids are quite pamper that they don't even know where the chickens from, some thought is from the supermarket, pack nicely wrap up

i know we should be more educated to save the earth--> to prevent disaster from coming again

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
i think there might be alien in the world
i think we should start to save the world
i think we should cherish the nature
i think we should also cherish the nature resources
i think we should not anyhow cut down trees, mangrove or clear land
-->which kills a lot of animals, can't prevent from disaster as mangrove can also protect us from tsunamis.
i think some people do care and some do not
i think we should at least help a bit
i think everyone do a bit add up equal a lot
i think we should pass the msg ard to ppl to save the earth.
i think everyone have a part to do so
yeah! preserve the earth, good for us and for the future
don't be selfish to help is cool to help:)
Grandma! -->this story is nice:) mother's day is COMING!
Once upon a time there was a child ready to be born. The child asked God,
"They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?"
God replied, "Among the angels, I'll choose one for you. Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you."
The child further inquired, "But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy." God said, "Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you every day. And you will feel your angel's love and be very happy."
Again the child asked, "And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language?" God said, "Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak."
"And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?" God said, "Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray."
"I've heard that on Earth there are bad people. Who will protect me?" God said, "Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life."
"But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore." God said, "Your angel will always talk to you about me and will teach you the way to come back to me, even though I will always be next to you."
At that moment there was much peace in heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked, "God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel's name."
Her name is not important. You will simply call her "GRANDMA".
funny sia!
Living One Day At A Time
Our lives are made up of a million moments, spent in a million different ways. Some are spent searching for love, peace, and harmony. Others are spent surviving day by day.
But there is no greater moment than when we find that life, with all it's joys and sorrows, is meant to be lived one day at a time. It's in this knowledge that we discover the most wonderful truth of all.
Whether we live in a forty-room mansion, surrounded by servants and wealth, or find it a struggle to manage the rent month to month, we have it within our power to be fully satisfied and live a life with true meaning.
One day at a time - we have the ability, through cherishing each moment and rejoicing in each dream. We can experience each day a new and with this fresh start we have what it takes to make all our dreams come true.
Each day is new, and living one day at a time enables us to truly enjoy life and live it to the fullest.
